Look Good, Sleep Good

You are probably all too familiar with ending your nights in ratty sweatpants and beginning your days in a stained t-shirt. Ladies, it needs to stop! Looking good to feel good is not just for the outside world. Take care of yourself, even when nobody else is around. It's time to throw away those old sweats and get yourself REAL pajamas. Ladies, you are now grown women with bills, work, and other stressors - leveling up your sleepwear is a part of your self-care!



When looking for sleepwear you need the basics: 3 to 4 pajama sets or slip dresses, a robe, and a pair of slippers. When shopping around look for softness, comfort, and style. In this post, I wanted to share some sleepwear sets for a quarantine of lounging around and going to bed.


Some of my favorite sleep and loungewear pieces are jersey pajamas! The jersey material is super soft and great for chilly mornings. It feels just as lovely as fleece but handles the washing machine better. You can't go wrong with cozy knitwear! For those of you who like the comfort of sweatpants, knit material is perfect for you. These pieces also tend to last longer, so long as you're not over-washing them. Consider grabbing some knitwear for the colder seasons.



Another sleepwear classic is silky pajamas. The smoothness of silk is great for your skin and feels effortlessly sexy. And yes, ladies, you do have someone to be sexy for. Let me introduce you to YOU. Get your silk PJs and treat yourself!



For those of you who sleep in your ex's t-shirts, it's time for a slip dress and robe. Give up old t-shirts in exchange for feeling grown and sexy. You can have the flowy feel from an elevated place.




Last, but not least, every look needs some accessories! Look good from your bonnet to your slippers.
